For over 60 years, McLean Taylor Construction Limited, Including Stone Town Construction has been involved in a diverse range of heavy civil and infrastructure projects in Southwestern Ontario. Their clients are mainly Municipal, Provincial, and Federal governments. They are a leader in their field, but their website did not measure up. It did not project a brand image that reflected McLean Taylor’s market position and target audience. The goal was to create a dynamic, new website to enhance McLean Taylor and Stone Town's online presence, while clarifying the services and positioning of their three primary business units: McLean Taylor Construction, Stone Town Construction, and Temporary Concrete Barrier. It was especially important to provide an effective vehicle to support growth opportunities for the temporary concrete barrier business.
Content was organized so that the three primary business units are clearly presented, with a main page for each, with subpages for specific projects. Extensive photography of these projects serves to create an engaging experience for the reader.
The new website is clean, refined and closely follows McLean Taylor's brand identity. The site performs well on mobile as well as desktop. New promotional pieces were created for Temporary Concrete Barrier Products and Traffic Control and Concrete Wall Products, both printed brochures and eFlyers.
